Ryan freezes himself attempting to test how far someone can go in freezing cold then he gets buried alive in snow and Amberlynn has to try and find him.

Amberlynn tries this test first but fails when showing sign of a problem. So then Ryan test it to the full extent and after that tests it in the ocean by free diving.

Ryan tests his pain threshold with a good old beating with a stick and even getting kicked in the groin.

Ryan tries to fight fire in this episode first by means of a kevlar suit, then he aims to test firefighter equipment out in a flashover chamber with his partner Amberlynn as the victim.

Once again Ryan is testing out more police weapons that are less than lethal but still pack quite a punch.

Ryan attempts to jump out of a plane at 10,000 meters; you can't have a fear of heights up that high.

Ryan fights with many dangerous and poisonous creatures like a giant squid and an aggressive eel. Then he goes out to the Pacific Ocean to fight some of the nastiest of sea life.

Ryan is testing out the strength of human skin. But he doesn't want to test it in an ordinary way, he wants to be rubbed by poisonous plants and even be suspended by large surgical hooks stuck in his back.
