In this episode, we’re in Moray at the Forres branch of Moray Coast Vets. Veterinary surgeons Mark and Johanna, veterinary nurse Anna, and student veterinary nurse Kristin are dusting the rolling pins and raiding the larder to create the perfect cakes and makes with all eyes on the Flour Power trophy, and bragging rights over their workmates. Will Mark’s Scotch pie complete with locally sourced beef be any match for Johanna’s deep zesty lemon and blueberry cheesecake or Kristin’s Vanilla and Almond cake? Anna is the favourite to win and so she is opting for a Victoria sponge to wow series judge Nichola Reith, who is all about the taste, and today’s local judge Fraser Gow who heads up a local baking dynasty. He is all about making everything from scratch. Once all the workmates’ creations are revealed, tasted, judged and scored, just who will have the bragging rights to use at will around the surgery?

This episode comes from Perth at John Gillespie hairdressing salon where owner John, salon director Glen, creative director Fiona and colourist Rachel are swapping their scissors for scales and mixing bowls as they go head to head for the Flour Power trophy. Each of them is determined to win bragging rights over their colleagues and show they are a cut above the rest! Rookie Glen only started baking a few days ago and will have it all to do if his chocolate cake is to triumph. Experienced baker Fiona is one of the favourites and hopes her ciabatta will impress series judge Nichola Reith and todays guest judge Linda Hill, whose pies are legendary in the local area. Meanwhile, boss John, who fancies himself as a likely winner, is making a lemon and lime spiced drizzle cake, while Rachael is putting together her banana and toffee muffins. Once all the workmates’ creations are revealed, tasted, judged and scored - just who will win the prestigious Flour Power trophy?

The Cyrenians is a charity who look after people at risk of homelessness, offering support to help them turn their lives around. Senior relationship manager Ali, experienced charity cook Noura and assistant key worker Davie are all desperate to beat the big boss, Ewan. In a workplace with a huge baking culture there is no chance of these four competitive colleagues slacking off as they each aim to win the Flour Power trophy! Boss Ewan is baking a wholemeal loaf with sundried tomatoes and mixed seeds and will be hoping it packs a flavoursome punch. In this episode we’re visiting the Old Mart Resource Centre in Maud, Aberdeenshire. On the former site of one of the UK’s biggest cattle markets, this resource centre provides a support network for vulnerable people in the local community. It houses a GP practice, social workers, housing professionals, voluntary organisations and community groups. Public health co-ordinator Calvin, community mental health nurse Lesley, mental health area co-ordinator Don and admin support assistant Suzanne go up against each other for the Flour Power trophy. With a strong baking culture already established in this workplace, the competition is red hot! Suzanne, with 30 years of baking under her belt, has plumped for a chocolate beetroot cake, while Lesley is using fresh fruit, nuts and pineapple flow

With over 1,000 students attending its classes every year, it's one of Scotland’s busiest language schools. It’s a multilingual affair as Arabic teacher Ruba, Russian services administrator Tatiana, Lebanese café manager Nana, English teacher and Highlander Marcus battle it out for the Flour Power trophy. Perfectionist Nana decides to cook a traditional baklava, while Tatiana bakes a cake in honour of her grandmother. Ruba goes for a chocolate cake with some mouthwatering additions but Marcus goes one step further, creating a ‘monumental’ cake in tribute to one of Scotland’s most iconic landmarks.
