Filthy Rich and Homeless

Clementine can't believe she's been dropped in the crack triangle of Soho, multimillionaire Ravi fails to fulfil his promise of making serious money on the streets, and one night in the cold has Darren breaking down and threatening to head home. With the contributors refusing to beg, where are they going to spend the night in sub-zero temperatures? And will living alongside the poorest members of society send Britain's rich and privileged scurrying back to their affluent lives? Advice comes from former American probation officer Rebecca Pettit and former homeless organization worker Craig Last.

Charles, Clementine, Ravi, Thomas and Darren are sent back out on the streets in the freezing cold to spend another three nights outside, but this time with 'homeless buddies' who between them have endured years of serious drink and drug problems and spent time in prison. Soon Ravi is in a fight with his 'buddy' about sleeping in the bushes, Darren is learning how to keep warm, and all the participants have to deal with a snow storm.

Charles, Clementine, Ravi, Thomas and Darren are sent to live in various hostels across London. They're coming in off the cold streets but are now entering an even more frightening world. Ravi finds himself in Arlington House, where many of the residents are alcoholics.

Charles, Clementine, Ravi, Thomas and Darren have spent six nights sleeping rough on the streets and then in five different homeless hostels across London. But now they are going home. Some of the five say that their original perceptions of homelessness have changed completely, but how will this affect them they get back into their old lives?
