Bobby finds a pet turtle in this short. Unfortunately for Bobby the turtle disappears.

Bobby Bumps and Fido are having fun running in and out of the water at the beach. Bobby sees people surfboarding. He would like to do the same, and realizes he can use the ironing board! At least, it's not a problem until the maid finds her ironing board missing.

Bobby Bumps is getting ready for school with the help from among others his faithful dog, Fido. Bobby is the bane of his teacher's existence since he often daydreams, today about playing baseball with Fido, rather than focus on his schoolwork.

Bobby wants to be a chef and his dog helps him by securing chicken and eggs. Not surprisingly, things do NOT work out well...and much of it is Fido's fault....as well as the cat's. Goldie the maid is NOT amused and soon gives chase.

It's Fido's birthday, so his master, Bobby Bumps, writes out invitations to a party to celebrate the event. Fido takes them and gives them to the dogs in the neighborhood. This short is missing.

Bobby and his dog build a home-made tank. In the process, they run over a lot of things and stop Grandpa from his greatest passion--getting drunk off moonshine. In the end, Grandpa gets his revenge.
