This program sheds light on the little known fact that murder is the number one cause of death among pregnant women. The killers, more often than not, are the women's husbands and boyfriends. Fatal Fathers explores this disturbing subject through the personal stories of four pregnant women who were murdered by their intimate partners, interviews with experts in the field and an interview with a man serving life in prison for killing his pregnant wife.
