Emer gets to grips with real-life call-outs with Mayo Mountain Rescue Team, Ruaidhrí begins his training with the Irish Coast Guard in County Donegal, and Fiona completes her first year of training with National Ambulance Service Ireland.

Danielle trains to be a coxswain with Foyle Search and Rescue in Derry. Fiona adapts to life on the job with National Ambulance Service Ireland, and Peter begins his paramedic training with the Dublin Fire Brigade.

Daire is training with Lough Neagh Rescue in County Armagh, Peter begins his career as a fully fledged member of the Dublin Fire Brigade, and Niamh faces her most challenging training assessment yet with the Galway Fire Service.
