88 Jade Way

Jesse is caught in a compromising position (both literally and figuratively) with a business-savvy stranger named Mr. Moolah while another tenant, Cat Lady is desperately searching for her missing cat, Patches.

The shady Mr. Moolah is back at 88 Jade Way, this time attempting to woo Gengha, the resident Mongolian alcoholic. Things get hairy when Red finds a monster in his closet - but Mr. Fu uses Gengha's rage to help deal with the bizarre threat.

Mr. Fu investigates the disappearance of Red's teen-idol posters- but things go from bad to worse as he finds a homeless man scoping out the basement. Later it's revealed that this is all part of Mr. Moolah's plan to steal the apartment building away from Mr. Fu and turn it into luxury condominiums.

It's chaos at 88 Jade Way! Everyone's acting insane, except for Mr. Fu who's sick with a cold. A building inspector finds that a bag of meth was planted in the ventilation system- this negligence causes him to close the building, but Mr. Moolah's there to step in and "save the day."
