Gulf of Mexico fisherman Buddy Guindon built up his fishing business and opened Katie's Seafood Market. Now he's got his whole family involved.

A recent quota increase has made the family business even busier. Nick Guindon must manage the bustling fish house and his overbearing father.

Hans takes his crew on a journey around the Gulf to hunt the monster known as the “Warsaw” in order to prove his legendary status.

Buddy takes a back seat in the day-to-day operations at Katie’s, leaving Nick and Hans to find out firsthand the pressures of being in charge.

Nick sees a few website kinks to fix when an order of fish spoils. To replace it, Kenny and Hans compete to see who reaches the quota first.

While also trying to fill a large order, Buddy decides he should fight to regulate Gulf fishing and prove his role in increasing the fish stock.

Buddy drags Ricky to the Gulf Coast Council meeting and tries to make him test out his public speaking skills. Meanwhile, after finding the Pisces unloading in his spot during his time slot, Kenny is upset, especially with Nick and the captain of the Pisces. However, he soon realizes that his anger is ill placed and that Buddy is behind the miscommunication.

Hating the market, Chris goes to work on the water with Kenny. The extra help comes just in time after two of Kenny’s deckhands become unable to work.
