Samantha is lured out on a date by a handsome doctor, but is in for a shock when he attempts to rape her and then threatens her career if she goes to the authorities. Megan gets more than she bargained for when she buys a used car. Jamie begins to suspect that Debra's drug use is more than recreational. Jamie and Megan's first patient isn't quite as sick as he thinks he is.

Drugs are missing from the hospital, and Jamie is torn between helping herself and telling on a friend. Megan befriends a dying patient and offers up her virtue for his dying wish. Tracy wants to get to know a baseball star more than he wants know her. Jamie trys to set Debra on the right path, but it is a bigger fight than she can handle.

Sam is suffering from a mysterious illness. Jamie's new friend has a hidden past as a convicted murderer. Megan poses nude for a famous artist, but then decides that she made a mistake and doesn't want someone else owning the painting.

Megan witnesses an armed robbery and has to decide whether to testify against the robber or remain silent to protect her roommates. Tracy finds her birth mother, who isn't happy being found. Jamie Dates a plastic surgeon and begins to worry that her face is imperfect.

Jamie's ex-boyfriend, who she came to UH to escape, tries luring her back into his life, with his own ulterior motives. Megan fights to keep a child in the hospital while her parents feel that faith is a strong enough healer. Tracy gets set up on a nightmare date with a mortician, while Megan's plans for a date with Dr. Daniels keep falling through.

A deadly virus in the hospital causes an entire floor of the hospital to be quarantined with Tracy, Megan, Jamie and Nurse Jenkins daughter inside.

Megan helps a girl who has been committed to a sanitarium prove that she is sane and her father is guilty of murder. Tracy gets a job: marrying a composer to keep his citizenship. Tracy and Jamie set a warring couple back in the right direction.

Nurse Jenkins' husband is critically injured in a motor vehicle chase, and she must decide whether or not to help the person responsible.

Tracy's career is put at risk when she mis-administers medicine to a patient, and the doctor responsible for the mistake denies responsibility.
