We meet the Sales team at Suckle, a Series-A tech startup in San Francisco.

Fister attempts to help the team forget about the scandal and demands Corporate shadow one of Katie's sales calls. Corporate gets news about his job search as Mickey experiences S.A.D.N.E.S.S. for the first time.

Corp teaches Mickey the meaning of S.A.D.N.E.S.S. at the local watering hole. Fister puts pressure on the new guys to close their first deals.

The team's Sales Engineer, Raj, stresses about the results of his performance review. After sitting down with his manager he decides to put the feedback into action.

With pressure at an all time high, Carol, Suckle CEO, gives Fister an ultimatum. Fister responds with a plan to motivate the team. Meanwhile, Mickey brings Corp an inbound lead.

Rather than take the spiff seriously, the crew decides to do a boozy lunch. Katie is left to deal with a classic Fister meltdown on her own.

Katie agrees to help Fister try and win the spiff against the East Team. Meanwhile, as the drinks pile up Corporate gets honest about why he 'left' his previous job.

Fister rallies the troops to compete against DuChane and the East Team. Calls are made, deals are closed, but can the West Team make up the gap in just one drunken afternoon?
