José Edmílson Gomes de Moraes, better known as Edmílson, is a former Brazilian footballer who played as a defensive midfielder and defender. He established the Edmílson Foundation in 2005, a non-profit social project that benefits hundreds of children by promoting social inclusion through Sport, Culture and Education.
