In the south east, the judges choose between a renovated detached family home in Barry, a modern Miami art deco house in Penarth and an extended semi-detached property in Rhiwbina.

In the south west, the judges choose between a 19th century cottage in Haverfordwest, an old farm cottage in St Dogmaels and a former church hall in Carmarthenshire.

In mid-Wales and the valleys, the judges choose between an extended 16th-century home in Llanddew, a quirky cottage in Powys and a post-Victorian detached quarry house in Pontypool.

In the north east, the judges choose between a modern country cottage in Bala, a 17th-century former courthouse in Welshpool and an extended detached family home in Wrexham.

The judges have scoured the country in their search, and now the five regional winners go head-to-head for the title of Wales’ Home of the Year.
