Trip Hazard: My Great British Adventure

Rosie takes Big Breakfast host and Strictly star AJ Odudu to Moray in northern Scotland, to climb one of the highest mountains in Britain: Cairn Gorm. In this epic adventure, the pair tour the beautiful Scottish countryside, taking on a series of local challenges. They go head-to-head firing guns in a clay pigeon shooting competition, sample the area's famous whisky, test their strength rowing across a loch, try their hand at pottery, and in the hardest challenge of all, attempt to keep quiet on a retreat at Findhorn Ecovillage. At the end of their trip, will Rosie and AJ reach the summit of Cairn Gorm in one piece?

Rosie takes Man Like Mobeen star Guz Khan to Blackpool, where she's booked the UK's highest skydive: a ridiculous 15,000-foot drop. Before they take on this challenge of a lifetime, they psych themselves up with classic Blackpool mainstays - a palm reader whose family have been telling fortunes there for a century, and the tallest roller coaster in the country. There's a trip to an indoor skydiving centre to get used to feeling the Gs, and Rosie takes their minds off their impending doom with an iconic Blackpool activity: dancing. Not just a hip-hop dance lesson, but also a traditional waltz competition at the legendary Blackpool Tower Ballroom. At the end of the trip, will they go through with the terrifying skydive?

Rosie takes 'Friday Night Dinner' star Tom Rosenthal to Bradford to eat Yorkshire's biggest naan, race in accessible sailing boats and learn a routine at the iconic ice rink, before doing rap battle.

Rosie takes Lady Leshurr to Northamptonshire, where they take a flight in a microlight and attempt a dangerous doughnut at Silverstone. But will they abseil down the terrifying National Lift Tower?

Rosie takes Cold Feet legend Fay Ripley to Pembrokeshire in south west Wales, where they go coasteering - climbing cliffs and launching off them to swim in the freezing Welsh sea!
