Today is a big day for the company, as Tim and Frank have an important, high-paying job to do that they can't afford to be anything less than stellar on. Will Tim be able to handle Frank's inexperience and impulsiveness?

Tim tells the Boss he no longer wants to work with Frank after Frank's screw up on the last job. Janine and Tech elaborate on exactly what they do at The Nerd Unit.

In response to the shooting incident of the previous episode, the producers call a meeting to discuss the fate of the show. Frank gets punished, and Tim has a run in with Tracey - his controlling girlfriend.

Frank can't handle the phones, The Boss decides to start expanding, and The Nerd Unit gets an offer that they must refuse...or do they?
