The Job (2013)

Candidates vie for positions at prominent companies in this reality series. In the opener, an assistant-manager gig at Palm Restaurant Group is up for grabs. Competing for the job are a vegan-restaurant manager from Brooklyn; a waiter from Moanalua, Hawaii; an unemployed former restaurant manager from Rigby, Idaho; a currently jobless woman from Chicago; and a mom from Mountain Brook, Ala., who owns a catering business.

Five candidates compete for an editorial-assistant position at Cosmopolitan magazine. The contenders include two freelance stylists, a blogger, an unemployed woman and a samples coordinator for an online retailer.
