Texas Flip and Move

HD Snow calls on his family to renovate a couple of storage houses he has on his moving yard. Donna and Toni take one house while Gary's Girls take the other as the friendly family competition begins. Drawing inspiration from old items found inside, both teams make plans to reuse some of the homes' existing contents in their respective rebuilds.

After moving a house in two parts, the Hayhurst Brothers decide to renovate the larger portion themselves while Casey and Catrina tackle the smaller section as a guesthouse. Casey is excited to start the renovation but problems arise when a Texas storm blows their house down just as their project begins.

Gary's Girls win a house at auction, but the land where they want to set up already has a small building on it that will have to be moved or renovated; with the help of Randy Martin, the sisters find the perfect solution for the small house.

Gary and Jerry win a large house at auction but must split the house in half in order to take it on the road; as they renovate the larger house, they enlist Gary's Girls to help renovate the smaller piece as a mother-in-law suite.

Casey and Catrina discover the house they bought at auction is in such bad shape that they have to knock it down and start over. Randy wins a house at auction that he later finds out is riddled with problems including major termite damage. Things get better when the Lone Wolf discovers some wood from vintage shipping crates hidden in the walls.

Paige and Raf win a home that was once a government office; they will turn the building into a large family home with lots of square footage; the Snows win a good-sized home, but they find out that all of the add-ons are going to be a big problem.

After winning a modest home at auction, Paige and Raf team up with Casey and Catrina who recently acquired a lake house; the two teams come up with a combination and style that any home buyer would love.

Randy wins a huge house at auction and brings Casey in to help turn it into a bed and breakfast at the request of a potential buyer. Randy also plans to update another house he acquired by creating a master bath with a large walk-in closet, all while giving a nod to the home's 1970s style.

Casey and Catrina buy a two-story home that's cute on the outside but gutted on the inside; they discover that the second story needs to be removed before the house can be moved, so they partner with the Snow sisters, who own a small structure.

The Snow Sisters renovate a house with a special family history and keep true to the period in which it was built; a small, 300-square-foot building becomes a cozy writer's retreat with a compact kitchen and completely renovated bathroom.

Paige and Raf convince the Hayhurst brothers to bring one of their smaller houses to create a guesthouse on the back side of their property; Paige and Raf stick to a contemporary-style build, while the brothers go Southern with a shotgun-style home.

The Snow Sisters win a large brick home at auction; Toni convinces Donna it will be worth the high bid; they get to work accenting the house with several rustic ranch vibes and create a floor plan that will function well for a large family.

The Hayhurst brothers win a house at auction, but after the move, unseen rot under the house leaves them with only half of it; the brothers decide to make a deal with Randy to team up to create designs that complement each other.

After cutting their house in half, the Snow Sisters get creative putting it back together, and they decide to add on in the middle of the two structures; they turn the home into the perfect country getaway for a family.

The Hayhurst brothers win an old church building at auction; they're delighted to find that the structure can be moved to their nearby land with the tall roof intact, which opens up a world of possibilities for the renovation.

Casey and Catrina win a gem of a house at auction, but they need a back house to make their lot complete and increase the total square footage; Catrina asks Randy to team up on the property since he has a little house that will work perfectly.
