Paige Duke, Carolina girl and former NASCAR spokesmodel, begins her search for love by moving down to Alabama and meeting 22 would-be suitors. In an epic tug of war over cultures and egos, half of the eligible bachelors are from traditional Southern and country backgrounds, the other half are from big cities. As the fight for her love begins, the men prove themselves on speed dates at an archery range. The first rejected suitors are sent home at elimination.

The country boys and city guys oppose each other in a paintball challenge. Later, romantic dates take place in a meadow, in a hayloft and on a carriage ride.

Paige takes the guys on an overnight camping trip and the men must set up their own campsites and secure food and shelter for Paige.

Romance is in the air as fireworks light up the sky on a private date. As city and country men fight for Paige's attention at a beach party, one of the guys is called out by his peers for being too needy and aggressive. Romantic dates take place at a go-kart dirt track and on horseback at sunset. More rejected suitors are sent home heartbroken at elimination.

Paige is taken on a private plane to Miami, where she is wined and dined by city boys who attempt to sway her from her Southern roots. Back home in Alabama, the country boys grow increasingly jealous and attempt to win her back by taking her to a shooting range. One of the suitors makes a surprise announcement. More of the bachelors are sent home brokenhearted.

Paige is serenaded on a date by a love song written to win over her affection, but will it be enough to convince her he is the one for her? Midnight pranks intensify in the house as the guys start to turn on each other. More of the bachelors learn their romantic feelings are not returned as they are sent home rejected.

As the connection with Paige deepens, the city-versus-country tempers begin flaring. Romantic dates include martinis by the fire and a high-speed ride into the heart of the Louisiana bayou in search of alligators. More suitors are sent home heartbroken at elimination.

Ever closer to finding her soul mate, the Southern romance with Paige continues on private dates by a lake, and in a an historic Mobile, Alabama mansion. One of the suitors plans a dramatic surprise on his private date which can change everything. More bachelors are told that their future with Paige is at an end, as they leave Alabama heartbroken.

Faced with making the most heart-wrenching decisions yet, Paige calls upon her best friends to come to Alabama to interview the remaining suitors. After a long night at the honky tonk bar, strong opinions are formed. The remaining suitors pour their hearts out to Paige in hopes of moving the relationship forward. In an emotional elimination, more of the bachelors are sent home heartbroken.

The third season ends with Paige going on dream dates with the remaining guys, before making her final decision.
