In this episode, Suzie Lee is celebrating spring vegetables, just bursting with colour and flavour. After a visit to Crossgar in County Down, Suzie is armed with freshly harvested seasonal ingredients to make a veggie tart, a healthy Cantonese cauliflower stir fry and spiced carrot cake buns. She is also joined by her children to make a hidden-veg mac and cheese.
