On the Isle of Man, Susan explores the island's Viking heritage, visits the world's oldest continuous parliament, and samples the highly popular kipper and lime marmalade bap.

Susan heads into Lancashire and Morecambe Bay - with its contrasting landscapes, quirky traditions, historic landmarks and community spirit - to enjoy a Scarecrow Festival and a wild swim.
