Nick Grimshaw, Frankie Bridge, Rob Rinder, Krishnan Guru-Murthy, Karim Zeroual, Samantha Womack and Louise Minchin take on Sport Relief’s most brutal challenge yet, to raise money for charity and increase awareness for mental health disorders.

Sport Relief comes live from MediaCityUK in Salford, bringing together the biggest stars and TV shows in a huge celebration to raise money for good causes in the UK and overseas. The night is hosted by some of the best loved names from the worlds of sport and entertainment, including Gary Lineker, Paddy McGuinness, Alex Scott, Emma Willis, Rylan Clark-Neal, Oti Mabuse and Tom Allen.

A Question of Sport teams up with Sport Relief for a star-studded special. Team QS compete against a team of some of the nation's favourite comedians to prove their sporting knowledge and to see who has got what it takes to come out on top.

Comedian Tom Allen and Maya Jama will see us through to the early hours and will be joined by dance sensations AJ and Curtis to get the nation up on their feet. Live music is plentiful with YouTube star KSI performing a world exclusive of his single "Wake Up Call".
