The master criminal known as Nightowl, working in total darkness, steals gold and priceless white baby tigers from the cargo section of the airport and the Marvel’s will need the help of Uncle Dudley and his peculiar invention in order to save the day.

Mr. Atom, a brilliant atomic robot, builds an army of robots that threaten widespread destruction unless Mankind proclaims Mr. Atom "Master of the World." The plan succeeds until Captain Marvel attempts a daring, last minute maneuver in outer space.

Dr. Sivana and Mister Mind attempt to wreck a circus that interferes with their scheme for power, unaware that Mr. Tawny has joined the circus and the Marvel Family is in the audience.
