Sarah Silverman Stand-up Shows

Sarah Silverman on stage in Los Angeles with several pre-taped sketches intercut into the stand-up performance. She covers race, sex, and religion. The performance is punctuated by a number of songs performed by Sarah. It begins and ends with her in conversation with two friends: at the start, she’s the loser compared to their recent artistic successes; by the end she’s the star.

Performing in front of an intimate audience of 39 fans at L.A.’s Largo nightclub; Silverman takes aim at such subjects as web-porn, religion, vaginal deodorants, waxing, having babies, and the miracle of existence.
