Takamine Ruka (aka Takaruka/Kaki Haruka) and Seto Ruka (aka Setoruka/Tsutsui Ayame), who attend the local Nozomigaoka High School, have always been together since childhood, so they are called "Ruka Ruka" by those around them. One day, in her third year of high school, still a member of the after-school club, Ruka Ruka finds a classroom decorated with sweets in the back of the school building. She is invited inside and discovers that it is the plastic model club, which is on the verge of being disbanded! The two decide to make plastic models at the urging of their advisor, Mr. Yomota, aka Yomo-san (Okada Yoshinori)...

One day off, Seto Ruka (Tsutsui Ayame) is stranded with a broken bike when a female rider appears in front of her. The moment her eyes meet the bike's headlights... a gentle breeze blows through Seto Ruka's heart! In an instant, Seto Ruka becomes captivated by bikes. The next day, Taka Ruka (Kaki Haruka) notices that Seto Ruka is acting strangely. Seto Ruka is holding a bike magazine in his hand... Meanwhile, Yomo-san (Okada Yoshinori) tries every trick in the book to get Taka Ruka to join the plastic model club, but...

Taka Ruka (Kaki Haruka) and Seto Ruka (Tsutsui Ayame) successfully join the Plastic Model Club! Just when it seems the club has escaped the threat of being disbanded, a shocking truth is revealed: the club will be disbanded if it doesn't find three new members! The Plastic Model Club is once again in a pinch, and Seto Ruka searches for one more member to save them. At that time, the two of them set their sights on Wataru (Yamazaki Ryutaro), a member of the After-School Club. Concerned that they won't be able to finish the job with a small team, Seto Ruka (Ayame Tsutsui) asks for help from the Light Music Club, and Taka Ruka (Haruka Kaki) asks for help from Rei (Momoko Kobayashi), but they are defeated... Taka Ruka (Kaki Haruka) finds a cat stuck in a tree behind the school building. With Wataru (Yamazaki Ryutaro)'s help, she rescues the cat, but it runs off somewhere. That night, a typhoon is approaching, and Taka Ruka is worried about the cat, so she heads to school. There she finds Rei (Kobayashi Momoko) looking for the cat. After safely finding the cat, the group takes shelter in the plastic model club to get out of the rain, where they find Yomo-san (Okada Yoshinori) at work. Struggling to get home, the group decides to try making a plastic model, a project recommended even for beginners!

Recalling an incident from the past, Seto Ruka returns to the origins of what she loves...

After school, Taka Ruka is exhausted after a tragic day, while Yomo-san (Okada Yoshinori) and Natsu (Omoto Yukina), who are enjoying Halloween to the fullest, suggest making a certain Halloween-themed plastic model. Everyone gets so excited that it goes beyond the Plastic Model Club and ends up involving the whole school! The Plastic Model Club members' fun Halloween party kicks off tonight!

Seto Ruka (Tsutsui Ayame) tells Taka Ruka (Kaki Haruka) that she doesn't want to go to the same university, but wants to pursue a career as a voice actor. Taka Ruka is confused by this sudden news, but Seto Ruka's nonchalant attitude irritates her, and the two end up fighting.
