In this episode, multi-talented performer, writer, presenter and comedian Julia Zemiro joins Paul McDermott on Room 101. The face of RocKwiz and Eurovision on SBS, tonight Paul takes Julia back to the roots of her very own comedy, by exploring her pet hates regarding good etiquette and self-awareness. From Food service big bears with Buffets, to the 'snake oil peddling' life coaches, the High Fives plaguing society today to the ubiquitous packaging Julia is adamant that Paul banish it all to the Room 101 vault.

On this episode of Room 101 the hilarious HG Nelson joins host Paul McDermott to talk about his greatest fears and anxieties. The Logie award winning comedian, radio and television commentator, reckons it’s great to finally have a show “that’s dedicated to hate”. HG goes into battle to convince Paul to rid his life of paper cuts, over paid rock stars who don’t belong at footy games, the idea of ‘fourth place’, leaf blowers and the backyard game known at totem tennis.

Tonight, the often outspoken and always hilarious Julia Morris joins Paul McDermott to talk about her life bug bears. An accomplished comedian, writer and regular on our television screens Julia is well known for her sense of mischief and fun. Bringing some very personal choices to the vault Julia controversially wants Paul to banish pet hates from a disappointing 'Britney Spears concert' to 'people who go on about exercise' to 'other people's children'. But will Paul agree?

In this episode, Dave Hughes, one of Australia’s best known and most loved comedians, joins Paul McDermott on Room 101. The man famous for his good natured grumbling discusses all the things that really get up his nose, from sporting failures to modern day security measures, and even one submission which is controversially close to Dave’s heart – his family, all in the hope that Paul will banish them forever to the vault.

Paul McDermott is joined by Australian TV legend, the journalist and author Ray Martin. Ray wants Paul to banish parking inspectors, small dogs and the Australian Flag, and for Ray 'life's too short to waste it on going to the Opera' not to mention his annoyance at people who stop at the top of escalators he thinks they should all 'be executed!' But will Paul agree and banish them to the Room 101 vault?

Paul McDermott is joined by Poh Ling Yeow, a woman who made her name in the brutal world of competitive cooking where she was instantly loved by the Australian public. Australia's most successful runner-up, Poh brings her pet hates to the table. From serial face pullers, to stinky room deodorisers, and selfish sick kissing, Poh hopes Paul will make her world a cleaner, more natural, healthier place.

Joining host Paul McDermott on this episode is a journalist, a critic and author. He's one of Australia's best known and most loved food connoisseurs, and undoubtedly its most famous cravat wearer, the very debonair Matt Preston. Matt brings a contradictory collection of his irritants for discussion, from omnipresent baked goods, to terms of familiarity, a seemingly harmless hospitality icon, and a personally penned cookbook with a hidden horror. He hopes to banish them all but Paul has other ideas.

Star of stage and screen Noni Hazlehurst joins Paul McDermott on this episode. Joining Paul McDermott is award-winning actor Vince Colosimo. He's menacing and mesmerising. He's been Gino and Vinnie, Nick Daniels, Neville Bartos and Alphonse Gangitano. For once playing himself, Vince, tries role-playing and yelling, as well as the occasional threatening glare to persuade Paul to banish his gripes away, ranging from plastic coverings on furniture to people with bad hygiene, non-personal communication, to BYO parties. The family man reveals just how important it is for him to be a great communicator, as well as a generous (and great smelling) host.

The star of the SBS hit series 'Legally Brown', Nazeem Hussain, joins host Paul McDermott. Nazeem not only pushes the boundaries of political incorrectness but also shares some very personal gripes. Whether it's his pet hate of mirrors in gyms and his skinny Sri Lankan calves, to mechanics, to grumpy old people, Nazeem finds the fairest and funniest ways to persuade Paul to banish his pet hates into the vault forever.
