Eugenio stands by as a boy falls into the pool, reliving his son's death. Fortunately, Isabella acts quickly and rescues him in time. Desperate for answers, Eugenio hires another detective to look for Fedra, who has been missing for eight years, as if she never wanted to return. Eugenio finally gets clues to Fedra's whereabouts, but when he finds her, he sees that she is arguing with a man. He decides to follow him, but witnesses how he falls straight to his doom. Isabella's life takes an unexpected turn when she discovers that her husband, far from being on a trip as he claimed, has suffered a serious accident and has a secret daughter.
