Kenza, a real estate broker who has taken refuge in the shelter and shelter with her 17-year-old son, decides to leave Quebec for Morocco.

Fatou, a new boarder awaiting her Canadian citizenship, is desperate not to have been able to bring her 6-year-old daughter. Valérie and her 17-year-old daughter, Juliette, discover life in a care and accommodation home.

Kenza goes to the house of her ex, Eric, to retrieve his passport. While the two young boarders, Samuel and Juliette, fall in love, Gisèle receives bad news from her ex-husband.

Against all odds, Gisèle decides to return to her husband at the end of his life. Fatou is determined to get her daughter back. Kenza continues to be manipulated by Eric.

Kenza continues her final preparations for her trip to Morocco, but her son Samuel is less than enthusiastic due to his budding affair with Juliette. Gisèle, shaken, is already back at the house of help and accommodation. Fatou's ex-husband is furious.

Eric blackmails Kenza in exchange for her passport. Gisèle learns of her husband's death. The two young people, Samuel and Juliette, visit the apartment offered by Éric.

As Kenza prepares to leave everything for Morocco, a party is organized in the courtyard of the shelter. Coming to Juliette's rescue, Samuel confronts his father for the first time.
