Jerry, SquarePeg's new freelance designer and animator starts his first day. We see Emma's, the Producer, many attempts to motivate Jerry to start work.

Meet Will, SquarePeg's new Client, and Nate's old buddy. Emma is annoyed by all the interruptions and Square Peg is looking for a new Art Director.

Once Will, the Agency creative leaves, Nate and Matt start the interview. The interview is a series of bizarre, comical and "out there" questions, which relate, but mainly don't relate to the Art Director position Matt is interviewing for.

Emma and Nate dig deep into what SquarePeg studio is and what it should not be. Will Nate be serious? Why are they getting so many interruptions from telemarketers and robocalls?

Emma gave Rebecca the task of finding a VCR for a project that SquarePeg is working on. But Rebecca seems to be focused on other things.

Nate has an idea and gets Matt excited about it too. Rebecca is not convinced about the idea but helps out anyway.

Nate, Matt, and Rebecca are working late creating elements and preparing for the film shoot of Nate's short film.
