In Lancashire, self-made millionaire Dwayne Hill grew up on a rough housing estate, but now finds he can afford a stately home in Scotland. Meanwhile, off the North Wales coast, Robin and Iona Beckmann have spent five years trying to sell a working lighthouse with panoramic sea views.
