Days after the attacks on 22 March, the pregnant Samira Laroussa, a police officer at Brussels airport, is tasked with returning all the luggage and personal belongings that were left behind in the departure hall to the victims.

Tom stays at home to mourn their unborn child; Samira flees to the enormous hangar full of things left behind, where she goes looking for the lost cuddly toy of a child victim and finds the broken scarf of Babs.

Samira goes in search of the personal belongings of Astrid, a young woman who lost both of her legs in the attacks. Meanwhile, widower Chris contacts her again and asks her about Babs' last moments.

Samira's new boss decides to assign the hangar to baggage handler Alliaport, but Samira protests because the left-behind items are not just luggage. While waiting for a reaction from higher ups, Samira meets Johan.

Samira searches for the mobile phone of cleaning man Mohammad, who felt his colleague Moussa die in his arms. Recognising her own pain in Mohammad, Samira decides to drop everything and help him, at the cost of herself.

Samira is taken in by Younes, who wants her to understand that she herself is a victim of the attacks and suffers from post-traumatic stress. But when Samira discovers that her brother has a bracelet, she confronts her father.
