The birth of a hermaphrodite baby is considered to have brought misfortune to the WAN JUSOH family as his wife, CHE MUNAH, passed away after giving birth to the baby.

WAN JUSOH made the decision to undergo surgery for his youngest child(hermaphrodite baby) in Siam. Upon returning to the village, the baby was raised as a boy.

CHE KHUN appeared to physically grow up like a normal child and often played with his cousin, BAKRI. Meanwhile, ZAITON suddenly started to distance herself from the WAN JUSOH family, including LONG HAWA.

WAN JUSOH convinced ZAITON to become his wife. ZAITON's acceptance of the proposal has trapped himself after they got married. ZAITON's resentment then fostered feelings of hatred towards CHE KHUN.

ZAITON was disappointed by WAN JUSOH's inadequate treatment, while CHE KHUN accidentally caused a quarrel between BAKRI and USOP. WAN JUSOH lost control and went berserk due to the incident.

CHE KHUN promised to undergo circumcision together with BAKRI. ZAITON's black magic on WAN JUSOH finally proved effective and showed results. Meanwhile, EZAD regained his enthusiasm for writing.

BAKRI ran away from the circumcision ceremony, then the ceremony turned into panic. CHE KHUN was kicked out of the room and told to sleep on the porch of the house by his father.

CHE KHUN starts to uncover the truth about himself after accompanying BAKRI for circumcision. He begins to feel conflicted and strange about his own identity.

CHE TIMAH reveals to CHE KHUN his identity. Simultaneously, BAKRI confides in LONG HAWA, acknowledging that he is aware CHE KHUN is different from him.

As CHE KHUN entered his teenage years, WAN JUSOH's disappointment in him deepened, as he failed to meet the expectations of the son WAN JUSOH had envisioned.

In his worry about his child, WAN JUSOH secretly met with the doctor who treated CHE KHUN. At the same time, they bumped into WAN JUSOH's friend who was a dormitory warden.

CHE TIMAH was caught in a close proximity with KHAIRUL due to CHE MIDAH's evil plan. ZAITON began to trap CHE KHUN by pretending to be nice to him and then inviting CHE KHUN to use makeup.

CHE MIDAH is furious and informed BAKRI about CHE KHUN who would be entering boarding school, causing BAKRI to be upset with CHE KHUN for leaving him.

CHE KHUN finds himself targeted by AZLAN's bullying at the boarding school, but SITI steps in to assist him, giving CHE KHUN a heads-up about Azlan's intentions early on.

CHE KHUN confides in SITI, revealing her true identity as a girl. Later, BAKRI visits CHE KHUN at the boarding school, leading to a confrontation between BAKRI and AZLAN, resulting in an argument.

CHE MIDAH incites WAN JUSOH about her stepmother who ran away with MARZUKI. Meanwhile, CIKGU SAMSIAH discovers CHE KHUN's true identity and takes her home to discuss the matter with WAN JUSOH.
