Junior Vets

It's day one at Vet School and the raw recruits help test lonely horse Brie, for a life-threatening illness. Also, they carry out delicate surgery on a rowdy raccoon and try to find out what's wrong with Ronnie the dog's sore leg.

The junior vets have got one day's experience under their belts. Wannabe surgeon Sam is due to operate on Stella the dog after she was injured in a car crash. But is he really ready to take part in urgent surgery? Also, the junior vets join the emergency response team at the races and help heal hurt hooves down on the vet school farm.

The Junior Vets are getting into their stride and finding out what real vet work is all about. Saira attempts to overcome her fear of big dogs to help Jessie, a stray hound who needs life-changing surgery to find a new home. Plus, the Junior Vets investigate Kira the mare's heart murmur and operate on Gandalf the falcon's lumpy foot.

And it's power tools at the ready with their next patient Trixie the pony, whose teeth are overgrown and need filing down.

Alarm bells ring while the Junior Vets are operating on Coco the Parrot and Edward the Ferret. Will anaesthetist Amblessed rise to the challenge or crumble under the pressure? Plus a sick cow with a mystery illness needs investigating down on the vet school farm.

The Junior Vets are nearly ready to graduate from Vet School. But, with no clear leader, there's still everything to play for as Paul tries to decide who will become Head Vet. The Junior Vets need to find out why Tino the Horse can't walk properly. Plus, they help remove a large lump from the throat of Zoe the Schnauzer Dog. And Pollux the Alpaca is going bald - can the Junior Vets get to the bottom of the problem?
