Are you free? We’re all burdened by the chains of our thoughts, overthinking, behaviors, lusts, anxiety and attachments; or maybe it's by those of somebody else, our past, or worry about the future. Jesus says, “the truth will set you free.” But what does that even mean? What is truth, and how does it set me free.

The best (and quickest) way to change our lives, is to change our attitudes. As the author of - all our psychology - I think Jesus knew this, which is what makes these so important. The beatitudes describe the singular spiritual attitude, or inner disposition, to be found in every Christian... which also so happens to be, the very same inner attitude and disposition of God.
