The Hot Wheels Monster Trucks pair up on their way to checkpoint 2 on Mayhem Mountain. This challenge is all about thinking outside the box and then crushing the box. 5 Alarm and Gunkster need to combine cautiousness with messiness to win.

This time the monster truck pairs are tied together and forced to drive as a team. Tiger Shark and Race Ace try to take a short cut, Bigfoot and Bone Shaker must put their differences aside, and something stirs beneath Mayhem Mountain.

Tiger Shark is trapped underneath Mayhem Mountain and monsters are running wild. All of the monster trucks will have to work together to save Tiger Shark. It's time for the epic finale to finally decide who's going to the Champion's Cup.

The Trucks face the first challenge for the Champion's Cup after battling through Camp Crush and it's not going to be easy. The final teams face against newcomers Rhinomite and Motosaurus in a test of strength, precision, and destruction.
