Season premiere. Training camp opens for the Rams and the Chargers, presenting players and coaches with both familiar routines and entirely new ones while navigating the Covid-19 pandemic.

As training camp continues in the new normal, veterans spend more time away from the practice facilities while rookies try to find ways to stand out to their coaches.

Players from both the Chargers and Rams finally get to practice in full pads, giving anxious rookies a chance to perform against proven veterans; and the Los Angeles Rams hold a scrimmage in their brand new home, SoFi Stadium.

The sports world comes to a halt after the shooting of Jacob Blake and protests in Kenosha, WI.

As cut day looms, veterans and rookies have one final chance to stake their claim on the team.
