The GGG Cup continues as Noboru faces Ikazuchi's Hundred Demons and Kyoya Gaen and Wisdom pit their unique flag cards against each other. Meanwhile, Guru Bunbuku has a prophetic dream warning of villainy.

When an accident transforms Paruko into a baby, it's up to Gao to provide commentary on the Buddyfight match between Gaito and Tasuku. Guru Bunbuku and Gao's buddies are in a race against time to find the cure.
