The first tests are ruthless, with recruits bound hand and foot to survive as long as they can in a cold lake. The commanders are convinced that the group will be decimated before the first day is over.

The recruits are faced with an exercise that requires them to have complete control over their bodies even when they are very scared. The number of recruits is now even more decimated as both sleep and food deprivation begin to take their toll under the extreme pressure.

The recruits are very tired but the intensity continues to increase. The "Escape" exercise involves getting to a specific target while being chased by an enemy force. It is an extremely demanding exercise both physically and mentally.

It's time for the final day. Those who remain have been captured by enemy forces, unaware of where they are being taken and that they face the most brutal part of the selection process - the final interrogation. A shocking night awaits.
