We meet for the first time Niels, who is three years old and has Adams Oliver syndrome. He has very small fingers and uses a prosthesis on one foot.

Theo needs to see an ophthalmologist and have eye drops. And even though he's tried it many times before, it's definitely not something he enjoys.

There is a nice reunion with Piet, Bastian and Rebekka, and in Copenhagen Hjalte and Piet have to interview the Minister of Health.

The day before the prime minister shuts down the country due to covid-19, Nalina's family has already isolated themselves in fear that Noor will fall ill.

We visit Piet, Bastian and Andrea from previous seasons and see what has happened with them since the last time. All three also look back on some great experiences.
