Battle of Culiacán: Heirs of the Cartel

As the Mexican Army attempts to arrest the notorious drug boss Ovidio Guzmán, the Sinaloa Cartel attacks the city of Culiacán to force his release.

After the failed "Culiacanazo" arrest, DEA agents escalate their efforts to link the Guzmán family to the fentanyl crisis in the United States.

After months of surveillance, the Mexican Army, with the help of the United States, is carrying out another operation to capture Guzman. "Culiacanazo 2.0" takes the lives of civilians and the military alike and culminates in a shooting at the airport.

As Ovidio awaits his fate, Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada is detained in the U.S. –-- and a new surge of violence erupts in Culiacán.
