The boys at Complete Bridal must be on their best behavior when a bride brings her fiancé to the appointment; the ladies at Shelley's Bridal must find a dress for a woman who is yet to be engaged.

Dave sends a secret shopper to spy at Shelley's. Bride Ania is shopping with her fianc but doesn't want him to see the dress she chooses, while Frank works with a Bride whose fianc used to date her best friend.

It's old school versus modern, when it comes to bridal salon marketing techniques. Shelley appears on a radio show so Dave and his guys strive to outdo her by creating a viral video. Franks deal with a very uptight traditional dad and tries to balance a bride's modern taste with her mom's desire for tradition.
