Today, we ride with the Assistant Chief of Mexicali Fire in Baja California Mexico. Firemen here have with no funding and have no tools except what they bring from home. A call comes in and it's the report of a bomb in a vehicle. The engine company responses but despite the hardships we see the dedication of the local firemen.

Later after noon, we are at a small station in and industrial park, barely two rooms and a bathroom, and they run there Rescue Squad out of here with an old engine. That night a call comes in and it's a structure fire with someone trapped inside.
