The murder of Carole Fouchet obviously poses no problem. A witness saw Bernard Lemaire leaving the victim's apartment at the time of the crime, in the middle of the night. This case (set in the construction industry), quickly is quickly resolved, but will nevertheless prove complex. Certainly, Lemaire has no alibi, but his companion, Madeleine Teyssandier, public prosecutor, claims, unofficially, that she was with him that night.
