Life in Plathville is changing dramatically these days. Moriah leaves Tampa behind. Kim abandons prudence and pursues a lifetime dream, while Micah flees his hectic existence in Los Angeles after a strange female wins his heart.

When Ethan's friend takes him out to a bar to meet girls for the first time ever, its sink or swim when a girl catches his eye. Veronica lets it be known to Micah she's ready for next steps. Olivia brings Lydia Grace and Brendan together, hoping they'll form a bond but Lydia Grace has her concerns.

The Plaths arrive in St. Pete for their long-awaited family band concert but things quickly go awry when Moriah reveals news that no one saw coming. Barry is finally confronted with Ken and must choose to talk or walk. Olivia finally decides to put down roots.
