It is a snowy day on Sesame Street. Maria analyzes footprints belonging to David, Gordon, and Big Bird. David's footprints lead to Mr. Hooper's store. Gordon's footprints lead to a path where he shovels snow. Big Bird's footprints lead to the mailbox where he is mailing a package to his cousin in Florida! Maria reminds Big Bird not to mail a snowball because it will melt. Instead, he is mailing an icicle. Maria and David see Oscar's new Dial-a-Grouch phone service and try it. They like the service as it makes them feel better when they have small problems! David and Maria realize that, no matter how bad something is, it could always be worse. Oscar was disappointed that his business made people happy, so he goes out of business. Later, as Bob pronounces a word, snow is dumped on his head.
