Kirstie and Phil look for dream homes in Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. Phil is with expectant parents Steve and Sally who are relocating to the beautiful countryside around Stratford-Upon-Avon and want to find their dream first family home before their baby arrives. Sally wants a chocolate-box rural location with close country walks, while Steve needs office space and a good village pub. They have £475,000, but that may not be enough.
