Elvestad's Olympics

Henrik Elvestad has taken the trip to Årungen rowing stadion to check if Olaf Tufte is on schedule for his seventh (!) Olympics. Elvestad gets to experience a day out of the ordinary when he gets to try his hand at the double four with Olaf and the rest of the guys. Finally, the stage is set for a duel and rowing is done like there is no tomorrow.

It will soon be ready for the Olympics in Tokyo, and to check how the handball girls are doing, Henrik has taken the trip to Vipers Kristiansand, which is the Norwegian club with the most national team profiles. Here he gets to try his hand both as a goalkeeper and line player under knowledgeable, but tough guidance from the world stars Heidi Løke and Katrine Lunde.

This week Henrik has taken the trip to Nøtterøy to visit the sailing girls Helene Næss and Marie Rønningen. At sea, it turns out that Elvestad has just as many challenges in staying on its feet as steering the boat. Still, it will be a nerve-wracking competition when Henrik challenges the girls to the Olympic regatta.

Henrik meets Norwegian record holder in pole vault, Sondre Guttormsen, who became no. 6 in the European Championships in 2018.

Sensationally, Norway has managed to qualify two gymnasts for the Olympics in Tokyo. Henrik has met one of them - the charming 19-year-old Sofus Heggemsnes. Sofus has physical skills that are of another world and Henrik gets to try his hand at all devices from counter to hoop horse.
