Jesus goes shopping at a nearby convenience store and is told by a high school girl that he looks like Johnny Depp and is innocently delighted. Seeing this, Buddha goes out shopping hoping to be told that he looks like someone too.

Jesus and Buddha are excited as they plan a relaxing vacation to Okinawa. They each list things they want to do, but...

Buddha is sick and bedridden. Worried, Jesus urges him to go to the hospital, but Buddha, worried about money, refuses. Jesus, who usually heals people just by being nearby, has no experience in nursing, so he decides to call a doctor. When the doctor diagnoses Buddha with a cold, Jesus cooks him some food, even though he's not good at it.
