The film crew heads to Washington Island, a remote island in Door County Wisconsin, where they investigate inside Nelsen's Hall. Rumors have spread over generations that Tom Nelsen (the founder of the bar in 1899) still visits patrons, especially the ladies.

Still on Washington Island, the team explores a lavender farm, once an old farmhouse that dates back to the turn on the 20th century, now restored. The team is amazed at what they experience investigating in broad daylight. As they travel off the island, through Death's Door, they head to another island to visit the famous Cana Island lighthouse, in Bailey's Harbor, Wisconsin.

All alone on Cana Island, the team investigates the Cana Island lighthouse, built in 1870. The voices the team hears are overwhelming. Are the guardians of the lighthouse still here? The team heads to Carlsville, Wisconsin to explore a distillery that sits on a school house built in 1868.
