Nine of Britain’s best young cooks press pause on their day jobs to put their kitchen skills to the test.

The seven remaining young cooks must feed the volunteer staff at the London Community Kitchen and dish up a delicious brunch to impress judges Poppy O'Toole and Big Has.

The semi-final is in sight for the six remaining young cooks. Standing in their way are two challenges: a date night dish to make the judges swoon and a new take on their favourite takeaway.

Four rookie cooks have reached the semi-final, and the competition is hotter than ever. To reach the final, the chefs must prove themselves with a BBQ-inspired lunch menu and a delicious dessert.

The three remaining rookie cooks square off in two challenges that will shake things up and require next-level cooking. All they can do is lay everything on the table.
