Wild African Cats

Filmmaker Jim Dutcher along with a team of scientists study a pregnant Cougar who gives birth to cubs and raises them over the course of two years in a protected natural environment. The program also explores this majestic animal and the human threat to its survival.

Over the course of one year this program follows a family of Lions in Tanzania to observe their behaviors.

Explores the world of Tigers, their behaviors and way of life in both the wild and in captured settings. Also explores the current threat to their survival as a species and how Asian medicine has created high demand for Tiger poaching.
