On July 30, 1995, Josep Montané, known to all as Sansa, was found dead at his home in Tor. Only five months ago the judge of Tremp made him sole owner of the whole mountain, something that does not please the rest of the co-owners, the three families that have a house in the village. Miquel Aguilera, who for some time lived with the victim and, moreover, was his bodyguard, is the one who is immediately identified as the perpetrator of the crime for the only fact that they have felt him as a death threat.
